Haji Muhamad Darif Haji Idris holds a Bachelor of Science (Engineering)(Hons.) Degree from University of Aberdeen, Scotland and Ordinary National Diploma (Building) from Southampton Technical College, England and has 29 years of working experience in public works and the water supply sector. His career began as Civil Engineer with JKR Tampin District. He was transferred to JBAS as District Waterworks Engineer at Hulu Langat District and continued his service with PUAS from 2002 to 2004 as Senior Manager, Operation Division. Prior to assuming his position as General Manager of Klang District Office from April 2007 till Mac 2009, he was the General Manager of SYABAS Petaling District Office. With effect from 1 April 2009, he has been appointed to current as Senior General Manager of SYABAS Operation and Maintenance Division.

Ismail Rusmin holds a Diploma in Business Studies from Institut Teknologi MARA Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from and Swansea Higher Education, United Kingdom. He joined Puncak Niaga (M) Sdn Bhd as Operations Executive in 1997. In 2003, he was placed under SYABAS' Special Project Team as Manager during the privatisation process of Water Supply in the State of Selangor, and Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya.

In 2006, he was promoted to Assistant General Manager to head the Operational Audit & Special Function Division. Subsequently, he was promoted to Senior General Manager, District Division to supervise the Enforcement Department, Mechanical & Electrical Department besides overseeing the operational activities of ten (10) SYABAS District Offices around the concession areas as well as the Secretaries of Work (SOW).

Mohamad Isa joined SYABAS on 8 February 2007 as General Manager of Bumiputera Entrepreneur's Participation & Development. Prior to joining SYABAS, he was attached to Matsushita Electric Co (M) Bhd as Executive of Research & Development Department and Production Planning Department (1986 - 1988), Puncak Niaga Sdn Bhd (1994-2004) as a Special Assistant to Executive Chairman, General Manager of Puncak Alam Housing Sdn Bhd and Managing Director of Haluan Prisma Sdn Bhd (2004 - January 2007). He was trained in Industrial & Management Training Skills in Matsushita Electric Co in Osaka, under Look East Policy Scheme in Japan (1977-1994). Mohamad Isa has vast experience in town and building development, public relation and manufacturing industries. He was awarded the Darjah Ahli Mahkota Selangor(AMS) from DYMM Sultan of Selangor in 2000.

Tuan Haji Mohd Suhaimi holds a Diploma, Advanced Diploma of Civil Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in System Analyst from Universiti Teknologi Mara. He has 26 years of working experience in public works and the water supply sector. He began his career in 1979 as a Civil Engineer with Jabatan Kerja Raya, holding various positions until 1991. Thereafter, he joined JBAS as a Civil Engineer and continued his service under PUAS (2002-2004). He was the General Manager, Information & Communication Technology Division before he was promoted to Senior General Manager, Information & Communication Technology Division with effect from 1 January 2007.

Tuan Haji Abd Rashid holds a Diploma of Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree from University of Glasgow, Scotland. He has 28 years of working experience in the water supply sector. He began his career in 1981 as a Technical Assistant and as a District Engineer of Kuala Selangor/Sabak Bernam with JBAS and continued his service with PUAS from 2002 to 2005 as Senior Manager of the Kuala Langat/Sepang District respectively. He was the General Manager, Klang/Shah Alam Regional Office of SYABAS before assuming his current position as General Manager of Petaling Regional Office form March 2007 until March 2009. He has been promoted as Senior General Manager of the Petaling Regional Office efective from 1 April 2009.

Haji Sonari Solor joined PNSB on 10th Septermber 1998. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Fellow Member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (U.K). He holds a professional qualification from Chartered Institute of Management Accounts (UK). Haji Sonari Solor has more than 20 years of working experience at the managerial level in the area of acounting and auditing with several public listed companies, of which the activities are on asset development manufacturing companies, logging, and management consultant. Prior to joining PNSB, Haji Sonari held the position of Group Division Head, Internal Audit with Land & General Berhad.

Ir. Nasir Ismail is a member of Board of Engineer (BEM), MWA, SWAn, IWA and Registered Gas Engineer with Energy Commission, Ministry of Energy, Water and Telecommunication. He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Memphis State University, Tennessee, USA and MSc in Environmental Engineering from Shimane University, Japan in 1992.

Prior to joining SYABAS, Ir. Nasir was one of the task force member for privatization of SYABAS and has served PNSB since 1998 as Senior Manager responsible for upgrading and rehabilitation of water treatement plants under the Concession Agreement with State of Selangor. Previously, he served with Majlis Perbandaran Seremban, Consulting Engineer firms, contractors and Gas Malaysia Sdn Bhd prior joining PNSB.

Adelina Iskandar joined SYABAS on 1 August 2007 as General Manager, Customer Service Division, seeing to the needs of 7.3 million consumers. Adelina has more than 20 years' of experience in public relations and training. She holds a Degree in Humanities and a Masters in Linguistics. Adelina had served as Director, Corporate Communications with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission where she was responsible for all matters pertaining to media, government and public relations as well as overall strategy of the branding and image building of the Commission. Prior to that she was attached with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants where she was responsible for members' relations as well as corporate communications. Adelina was also in the education field for 10 years as Director of the University Preparatory Programme with an American twinning programme here.

At SYABAS, Adelina is part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) committee, the Business Ethics committee and the sexual harassment committee.

Madam Chong joined PNSB in year 2005 and resume as General Manager, Finance & Accounts of SYABAS in April 2008. Madam Chong graduated with a Degree in Bachelor of Accountancy from University of Malaya in 1995. She is a member of MIA, having more than 14 years of working experience in auditing, corporate finance, corporate restructuring, accounting and corporate taxation. Madam Chong had previously served at senior management level in several public listed companies dealing in property development, project management, construction and manufacturing.

Nik Aliena is the General Manager of the Legal & Enforcement Division of Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn. Bhd. (SYABAS). She joined the Company on 1 August 2007. She is a barrister-at-law of the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, London, England and holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) Degree from Middlesex University, London, England. She also holds a Master of Laws Degree from King’s College, University of London.

Since graduating in 1986 she had been working in both legal practice and corporate advisory having practiced for eight years as an advocate and solicitor and spent nine years as the Head of the Legal and Secretarial Department and as Company Secretary in PROTON.

Albert Loh, who joined SYABAS on 14 February 2005 as a Leak Detection Specialist, is now the General Maanger of Non-Revenue Water Division. He graduated with a BSc (Hons) Degree from University Sains Malaysia in 1978 majoring in Geophysics. Prior to working with SYABAS, he was employed by an engineering company in Melbourne undertaking water resource investigation, pipe condition assessment and leak detection services in Australia. He had also worked with Geological Suvey of Malaysia from 1979 to 1981 and Malaysia Mining Corporation Bhd from 1981 to 1997 in exploration & mining, oil & gas and utility projects, both locally and overseas.

Mohd Yaman Mohd Zin holds an Ordinary National Diploma in Technology (Engineering) from Oldham College of Technology, England and graduated from University of Sussex, England in 1982 with a BSc in Structural Engineering. Yaman has 26 years of working experience involving engineering and environmental consultancy, business development, project/construction management, residential and commercial development, and special projects.

Prior to joining SYABAS as General Manager, Water Quality Division in 2007, he had held various senior positions among others as Senior Project Manager with Faber Group Berhad; Chief Operating Officer with ASM Development (Terengganu) Sdn Bhd; Deputy General Manager with Teknik Cekap Sdn Bhd; General Manager with Mercumaju Sdn Bhd; Head of Construction Division with Protellus (M) Sdn Bhd; and Construction Manager for Jeddah Sewer Network Project with WWE Holdings Bhd.

En Shahruddin joined Syabas on 1 July 2009 as the General Manager Billing and Recovery. He holds a Bachelor in Accounting (Advanced Diploma in Accounting) from MARA University of Technology. Prior to joining Syabas, he served Telekom Malaysia Berhad for 22 years with various Divisions and Subsidiary Companies of TM. He was the Chief Financial Officer for two TM subsidiary Companies namely GITN Sdn Bhd and TM Payphone Sdn Bhd. He also involved with spun off of few TM’ Division into full subsidiary of TM such as TM Research Sdn Bhd and TM Payphone Sdn Bhd. He also involved with the take over of GITN Sdn Bhd being the subsidiary Company of PNB Berhad to be full subsidiary of TM. His last project with TM was as the Business Controller for the Malaysian Emergency Response System 999 project where TM was appointed by the Kementerian Tenaga, Air and Komunikasi to develop and maintain the system which will provide emergency facilities to the public.

Ir. Ahmad Marzuki Hashim graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering (Hons) from Ohio University in Athens in 1984 and Master of Science Degree in Environmental Civil Engineering from the University of Liverpool, England in 1994. He is civil engineer by profession and has been with PNSB since March 1997. He began his career with PNSB as a Manager of the Dam Operation Department and was subsequently promoted to the positions of Senior Manager and Assistant General Manager before assuming his position as General Manager of the Business Development Department. He then joined SYABAS (a subsidiary of PNSB) as General Manager in the Chief Operation Officer Office in August 2009. Ir. Ahmad Marzuki has more than 25 years experience in the water industry and has held various positions during his tenure with the Public Works Department’s Waterworks Branch.

Haji Yusof holds a Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Mara. He has 16 years of working experience in the water supply sector. He began his career in 1988 as a Technical Assistant with JBAS and continued his service with PUAS (2002-2004) as Senior Manager of Kuala Selangor/Sabak Bernam District Office. He is now the General Manager, Gombak Regional Office.

Tuan Haji Ariff joined PNSB in January 2005 and was assigned to SYABAS as General Manager, Operation & Maintenance in January 2006. He is now the General Manager of Hulu Langat Regional Office. He graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) Degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 1984 and subsequently obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2001. Tuan Haji Ariff has more than 20 years of working experience in the water industry covering operation and maintenance of water treatment plants, operation and maintenance of water supply, construction supervision of water supply schemes, safety and health and also human resource and administrative matters. Prior to joining PNSB,he worked with JBAS and CGE Utilities(M) Sdn Bhd.

Hayati is the General Manager of Kuala Lumpur Regional Office. She joined PNSB in July 2001 as an Internal Auditor before she was assigned to SYABAS in 2005 as Secretary of Works for Kuala Lumpur District. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) Degree from London Guildhall University and is a Certified Public Accountant with MICPA, Chartered Accountant with MIA and Chartered member of the Institute of Internal Auditor, Malaysia. She has 20 years of working experience in auditing covering various types of industries (eg. construction, plantation, timber, manufacturing and government bodies), due diligence review and profit & cash flow forecasts, internal audits in the areas of financial, risk management and investigation. She has experience working in England, Bangkok and Singapore.

En. Ahmad Suhaidin bin Ismail joined Jabatan Bekalan Air  (JBA)  as  a Assistant Technical in 15 October  1984.  On 15 August 2002, he was promoted to Manager and transferred from Gombak to Klang District.  He was appointed Senior Manager  (2005 – 2006). He was later promoted Assistant General Manager in 1 January 2007.  In Kuala Langat, where he had served the district for 3 years and 3 month, he was appointed General Manager in 1 April 2009, a position he currently holds and responsible in leading and coordinates the Klang District. 

He has worked with Jabatan Bekalan Air Selangor, (JBAS)and continued his services with Perbadanan Urus Air Selangor Berhad, PUAS (2002-2004).  En. Ahmad Suhaidin has served during Jabatan Bekalan Air(JBA)/ Perbadanan Urus Air Selangor (PUAS) & currently Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (SYABAS) in various capacities for the past 25 years of service. 

He graduated in 1999 and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Degree from University Technology Malaysia.
