Quality Counter Services are services that fulfill the needs of the consumers. Consumers will be satisfied if the service provided is fast, error-free and easily available and is not burdensome to the consumer who is served in a courteous manner. Counter Service Department provides “One Stop Counter” at all districts where consumers can make many transactions at one counter such as:

  • General Inquiries
  • Complaints
  • Closing Account
  • Open New Account / Change of Owner
  • Reconnection
  • Lost of Meter Inquiries
  • Meter Testing
  • Any other inquiries
