KUALA LUMPUR: Dalam usaha berterusan meningkatkan perkhidmatan kami, kerja-kerja penyelenggaraan dan pengemaskinian pelayan sistem teknologi maklumat akan dilaksanakan bermula dari pukul 12:00 tengah hari pada 14 Ogos 2016 sehingga pukul 06:00 pagi pada 15 Ogos 2016.

Semasa tempoh penyelenggaraan ini, pelanggan tidak akan dapat melayari laman web kami di “www.syabas.com.my”, aplikasi telefon pintar “mySYABAS” atau menghubungi kami melalui e-mel (puspel@syabas.com.my).

Walau bagaimanapun, pelanggan masih boleh menghubungi kami melalui talian bebas tol kami di 1-800-88-5252 atau faks: 03-2295 5168.

Segala kesulitan amatlah dikesali.

KUALA LUMPUR: As part of on-going efforts to improve our services, we will be undertaking upgrading and maintenance works on our information technology systems’ servers beginning from 12:00noon on 14 August 2016 until 6:00am on August 15, 2016.

Customers will not be able to access our website www.syabas.com.my, the smart phone application “mySYABAS” or reach us via e-mail (puspel@syabas.com.my) during the above said period.

However, customers can still get in touch with us via our toll free line at 1-800-88-5252 or facsimile: 03-2295 5168.

We regret the inconvenience caused.
